Flowers can calm your emotions, lift your spirits, and enhance your health. Pick some wildflowers, flowers from your garden, or buy a bunch of flowers to beautify your home or workspace. It’s a bonus if they have a scent that you enjoy! Place them somewhere they will be readily seen and allow them to lift your spirits. Be mindful during the week when your eyes fall on them, to take a deep breath and allow yourself to receive the potential of these flowers to calm your emotions and warm your heart.
